Made in small batches with care and attention to detail. All products are sanded hand smooth and finished with natural tung oil to bring out the grain and colour of the wood.

Woods used in our products are all locally milled from sustainable sources, have been salvaged and repurposed or found as driftwood on Bayfield's Lake Huron beach.

Featured Collection: Kitchen Boards

Each kitchen board is individually made based on available woods, the colour and grain in specific woods and the pattern of laminations. Each board is unique.

The natural tung oil finish is safe, durable and long-lasting. Original boards made by Mr. Woodchuck 30 years ago are still in use. Whether used as a cutting board, a cheese or charcuterie board, occasional sanding and re-oiling to refresh the finish keeps these hard-working boards looking good.
